Move crafting beer machines somewehere else

It is available in some bars from dialog. 100 caps / piece. And I think it's too expensive, it should
be cheaper than cigarettes and nuka cola (drugs used often in PvP). Maybe 50 caps.

I think it is more likely a "mini game" would be built around Reno and the beer supply, rather than having it available anywhere else.

What else, minigame around crafting spears and brass knuckles?

There will be no minigame, nobody will craft beer there. People will use mentats or never do 2 CH builds again.
It's not like gangs need it anyway, they have barter and taxi alts.

Why do you want to create PvP minigame around something that isn't useful in PvP?
Unless you talk about "kill da stupid loner" minigame, I don't get it.
You can't seriously expect that PK gangs will come there with waterbags and barley to make +1 CH drug.

Admittedly in this case the beer crafting could take place somewhere more abandoned or safe. That's because currently it forces the beermakers to come to pvp area, rather than murderers and killers to come to some less obvious pvp area like themepark and gordon's.
Even east side would be better and would make more sense since wrights are the top alcohol makers in Reno.
