Perks and Sequence

Are there perks other than "earlier sequence" that affect sequence (like sharpshooter or cautious nature maybe)?

Not that I know of, but I would love to kow if there are any.  Cautious Nature gives +3 perception in random encounters when determining placement but I have not noticed any change in sequence.

I'm pretty sure it's just "earlier sequence" so you're pretty much stuck with the sequence you've got. There are so many better perks to take, I wish they'd make kamikaze like it used to be again :D

I haven't taken my last perk waiting for an answer by a dev.

I would bet the answer is no.  Also, sequence is fairly useless, unless you pop into a TB encounter with a noob.
