Do i need blueprints to craft ANYTHING at the second level of profession?o_o

Plus, a blueprint is mono-use/time limited or when i use one i will be able to craft the item forever?

For most items on second profession levels you need blueprints... and you will have to use the blueprint then you can craft as much as you want (get ready to become VC citizen ;-) )

Already a citizen...Anyways it seems i can't craft anything of the second level without prints...

You should be able to craft Superstimpak and Rad-X on Doctor 2. At least I can.

And 'consuming' a blueprint will allow you to make it as many times as you wish.

Can you craft superstimpacks without a blueprint?
