Solar, we did some test-shooting and there is no difference at all. Snipers are useless at the moment...

It would be hard to tell if the effect is not working, or if it were too weak to be able to tell it was there unless you did loads of tests

We had shot 100 bullets in the head using helmet before and after taking the perk
