At about 100% Barter you can sell to merchants at 1/3 the price you buy.

At what barter skill % can you sell to merchants at the same price you buy?

It's pretty ridiculous if it is 300%.

Dunno how it works but i have exactly 80%(160 caps for combat knife :P) prices at 200 barter. And i am affraid you ll need to boost ur karma(300+) if ya want 100%
