Chat problems

Does anyone else have problems with chat? At first I thought that i was crazy, but then i checked. Chat is correcting my words into something else.... Maybe i am crazy... :-\

Are you calling me stupid? :D
This is stupid. My character is stupid not me :) I thought that only refers to chat with NPCs... BTW 3 IN is not low, its right where it should be, its post apocaliptic time.... radiation, apsence of schools, incests etc :) He does best what he is meant to do - killing everything he sees :)

OMFG stop whining about the low CHA chat feature stop your cry babying and deal with it.
