About gathering resources you need to give that npc or what?

No, you just need to drop them on anywhere on the ground. After you read the board and there will be enought resources the leader will have to talk with construction worker and say that they can set a camp or smth like that as everything is on its place.

A doubt...the number of people following the leader has to be 2...Including also slaves/mercs or just -real- players?

Kombajn:
2-3 of real players and they can't be a members of another faction either Player or NPC.

If you buy another base with faction leader, you get another construction worker, belonging to the same faction. We have 5 bases so far as Street Queens faction and one as The Orphanage, separated faction with separated leader.
