Usual mistake of a newbie, it happened hundreds of times.

That's another reason why game should have non-weapon pickaxe item used for mining.
This would be a proper equivalent of hatchet for chopping wood.
Mining with hammer is nonsense anyway.

yeah it is nonsense but i didnt said anything about sladgehammer i dodnt have sledgehammer too a had nothin other then mines

Just go mine to other town, dont block the doors, dont use any weapon inside the city, dont get close to a guard, check you rep with the city, dont attack anyone, All these things have been said before, you can use search function, you can learn it by yourself.
