FOnline 2238 Compatability with Unofficial Patch

Just curious, is Fallout Online 2238 compatible with the Fallout 2 Unofficial 1.02 Community patch that fixes all those bugs in singleplayer? I know it's almost impossible to play singleplayer otherwise because of all the bugs and crashes.

FOnline has completely different engine from Fallout 2.

FO2 wasn't really that buggy.
