You can move the tradingwindow around. That way you can easily notice other players. To exit the tradingwindow just press ESC. Problem solved.

People can use script macros to enhance stealing.

Need banning.

Stealing is one of the most useless mechanics of the game. It never adds anything except the players ability to get free stuff for nothing from others who have done something.   It has almost(read: I cannot think of any practical use of it in-game other than to take something from a player) nil usage outside of that.  It rates up beside Militia on my hateometer.

Stealing rocks, it's a completely different game, you gotta try it out some time. Everything I own I pretty much stole from others. At least I'm putting these items to use unlike the PK who kills then takes nothing.

Well, actually, people do use steal/sneak to get a massive amount of loot off of NPC's. But, for the most part, I agree with ti being useless and taking stuff from others who've worked hard for their items. They should make stealing MUCH harder. Like, for example, you'd need at least 220+ steal and the master thief perk to steal pistols and more than like 100+ bullets without being caught. I think it's a bit too easier atm to steal from other players.

Maybe have NPCs with day/night routines, locked doors and chests, etc.

They could have regenerating keys you try to get from them. Hopefully the guards don't see you do it.

I like the idea of robbing players, just not using an auto-clicker to grab things robofast.
