Who do you think are the douchiest players in the wasteland?

Oh, so being a bad guy means you must engage in militaristic activities?  No...

Being a complete douche comes in more forms than just violence dude.

And the term "thieves" is extremely broad, however boiling down to someone who forcefully or otherwise takes people's things (their life or otherwise) without their consent purposefully.

So yeah, I do believe that's about 90% of the population. :)
