brotherhood in sinken ruins

Hello everybody, please i have question- me and brother finished the quests for BoS to become initiate (last was bunker by necro) and now we should report in BoS base but there is no npc to talk with except the armor girl and big gun guy- or we searched it wrong? we had good time, would like to continue- Please help :)

The questline is not finished being developed.  He didn't mean you haven't finished your quest.
