Double-Log?

I got this encounter when I was wandering in city areas, so I think it's a double log, because a guy with his name and a dot, and another guy with the same name and 2 dots, well, see for yourself:

No, it's just he entered two times in the same encounter. Sentences ends by dots, and he have a dot at the end of his nick, therefore two dots.

I saw them in one encouter, yes they are double loging - but what could be done there?

Looks like he's gonna make a shared tent or base. Allowing invites to tents would fix this. Loners should be able to buy base aswell.
