Yes, bring it back. There must be more choice and consequences in this game and public outlaw lists was that thing.
It's easy to say "namecolorizng no" for people from small PK gang who shot everyone on sight anyway (like BBS).
For them namecolorizing doesn't matter obviously because everyone who isn't colored is KOS. In fact it's very inconvenient
for them because people will know who they are, so they don't have the privilege of first shot - it makes chances equal.
So it's not a coincidence where most of these quotes come from.

No realism arguments please.
Seeing names over people's head isn't more realistic than common knowledge about well-known outlaws.

Hey, don't lie. I was never shooting everyone on sight. Only those I didn't know or I didn't like. And guess what.. I don't like you!

This topic has already been discussed to death (like Izual linked to), no need to warm up some old water. +1 Posts or repeating old discussions is not something we need, the outcry of people who want that feauture back was already big enough to notice for the devs - so it's up to them if they want to have this feauture in their game or not.
