When devs remove ac cap the rage will begin, many blue maxed AC trolls will run around during TC, 10S once he hits u, u are as good as dead.( knockdown, knockdown, knockdown, dead ) if they are not able to pick a single target they will just run to waste others ammo, or loot stuff and so on, all they risk is nothing, if they get killed they will be back in a minute, really dont get what all these changes are for ... do bluesuits really need a buff ?

Totally almost agree, no AC cap for bluesuits, then AC cap keeps getting lower depending on armor, because as armor gets heavier, you get slower, and bluesuit has actually no weight, since we are born with it.
