Tatoos

Wipe:
Length limit is mostly due to SAY screen (for same reason faction names aliases exists), but some of stuff that's supposed to be part of long description wasn't enabled yet. So, 12 characters for tatoo is enough to put whatever you like, without making description too long - even with everything turned on.

Crazy:
A description can be too long?  :P I mean we're not talking about 10 lines in the log, and that's not like it was necessary to read it during a fight or something like that (and actually for me, 10 lines of informations on a player would be pleasant to read on peaceful encounters).

Let me say it that way: if description doesn't fit into spam- messagebox and you need to scroll it to see the start - it's too long :)

You mean, to fit the basic one or the extended one? ;D
Well I kinda agree anyway, but I still think a least a bit more characters would be good, as well as the possibility to have description instead of letters.
Is the "say" screen hardcoded?
