Chemical Components Replenlish Faster

Catoptromancy:
A trip to waterworks can make about 3 1/2 superstims. It seems to take longer than 10 minutes to replenish. 10 minutes of pvp will use up many more than that. The amount available at one time would be best I think instead of just a change of replenish rate.
