Where can I obtain HQ fibers ?

I got information that you can buy hq fibers from vendors or you can find a blueprint to craft hq fibers on your own.
I did not confirm this info as I copy above from another player.

I don't think they'll answer. The whole "find out for yourself in-game" deal and whatnot. They don't like giving out spoilers.

Yeah, they had a thread a few days ago about that. Can't find it so maybe it might have been deleted due to derailing or whatnot. But if I remember correctly, Solar or another dev posted that was a bug that would be fixed.
People not knowing how to create HQ fibers, if not a bug, is something the devs wouldn't like to spoil.
