Where can I obtain HQ fibers ?

Nah don't worry, just joking. Just pointing out that adding fiber+ as a requirement when it's not really available IG is kinda weird way go.

Ah, I'd prefer 0 to be crafted than 250+ in one afternoon by one person :P
I think the place fibre+ will be available will be a bench where you can upgrade fibre -> fibre+ which should provide an easy way of capping how many CA are coming in.
