Where can I obtain HQ fibers ?

Indeed, I got one today by dismanteling a CA.

Metal armor mk 2 now takes normal fibers, so i assume CA does now too.  So they must still need to change dismantling some.

No I changed CA to actually use fibre+ because it was way too easy to make them before.

Then where we can get hq fiber?

Solar:
Nowhere at the minute. Apart from dismantling.
