Private mines post-wipe - hot or not?

I'm about to buy private mine (if I manage to gather 75k caps, of course), I had one in previous era, but first I'd like to ask some questions:
- do resources in such mine deplete as in public mines? What's their "respawn time"?
- do resources deplete permanent after some amount? If there's a limit, what amount is that? What about Bunker base?
- is location placing random or if I for example buy mine at Junktown, will it appear in n-squares nearby that town, where n=less than 10?
- can I order slaves to mine there?
- can I add other chars to this mine or can buying while other chars tag me cause they will see the place?

  Yes, but good luck keeping them around ;).

falloutdude:
all mines when bought appear near redding no matter where bought. well thats the way it was last era dont know now. will see when i get enough caps to buy one.

I had private mine before wipe, I exactly know how it works. However I saw somewhere (can't tell where now) post from one of devs (Lexx? Solar?) about changes in private mines. Adding workbench there was one of them.
