What's with the ninja encounter changes?

I rarely put things in changelog, I am a forgetful soul.

Caravans are gone, yes. They shall be replaced by higher tech Raiders, which will fulfil the same role, minus the rep drop in important places and in squares where there won't be vs encounters. The main thing I am waiting for is the ability to play with the NPCs stats, so I can make these encounters a bit harder.

I will hopefully be doing many tweaks to the encounters, so take this as prior warning to expect them ;)
