WeaponHandling for EWs

Hi i was thinking about that weaponhandling perk and iam suprised that only BGs and SGs guys can take it , i know that u have changed it devs but i would really nice know why ?
For now it is impossible to build a good EW crit build unless u chosse Luck at 3 or 2 or smth like that its sad

If its a bug please fix it weapon my thoughts where that weapon handling stand for all weapons otherwise it makes energy weapons useless till the next update ^^
