It was right after you created new character?
You didn't logout, didn't share character with someone else? What's your reputation with NCR?

Nothing. Create character, pick up some brock flowers and fix healing powder. I enter NCR and nobody was arround me and I got message thet I made villain in town etc. I just got in town first time! Probably some bug.

If it's a bug, you seem to be the only person ever to encounter it.  What's your NCR rep?  I'm assuming there's something you did that you didn't realize.

Happened to me too when i started playing... A brand new character was killed whit no reason :/ but only once and reputation is still at 0

happened to me too, but without the killing part. walked round the map a bit, gathered materials, show up in NCR, suddenly they don't want to protect me is picking broc flowers such a crime? it has happened with EVERY character i have made, no killing, they just don't like me.

this happened to my melee alt, i just figured it was a random bug, not that big of a deal since the first time you enter NCR you don't have anything on you anyway...

think of it as a "welcome to the wasteland"
