Radiation effects

Suggestions about Glow Scavengers:
- like Centaurs he should get the players radiated when he hits
- he should GLOW like when player is holding a flare in his hand

The players should also glow depending on their radiation levels.

Why? It does not make much sense.
EDIT: Not just it is not realistic, but it also kills something of Fallout. Think this - radiation effects as in real life, are working slow and silently in Fallout. You don't see any glow or whatever, you just notice the effects it has on your health.
Instead of running around Shady Sands and yelling "trololol IMAHGLOWING!!!" you should beg for mercy - either in form of RadAway or perhaps 10mm of lead.
