Gun Runners Hate Me.
Caffeine:
I recently got a quest to kill super mutants with a group of 4 people. Seeing as I try to avoid all the faction non-sence, I play near alone, and can't do this quest. No biggy right? Wrong. I can't do the quest to get a breif case and give it to someone each 4-6ish hours. This sucks but not because of a nice 500 cap reward and xp, but because I can't get my rep up to 1000, or in other words, I can't craft big guns or anything that requires Hq stuff. Am I offically screwed or is there some other way to get my rep up to 1000? ( I can't go to MB for obvious reasons.)

Literaly, He won't offer the courier quest to me. I am not sure what else to add. He gives me four options,
1. Can i get in factory? (No)
2. Are the mutants dead? (No)
3. What do you guys do? (This leads to, "Do you hire new personel?". The answer is something like are you joking? Heck no!)
4. Good bye.

What you describe makes no sense to me. The group quest has nothing to do with the courier quest and even in the dialogue right now I can't see how the one quest should cancle out the other. The only other requirement for the courier job is to be at least level 5 and having a reputation of >= 0 with the gunrunners, nothing else. So unlike you got negative reputation because of whatever, I don't see what should cause this.
