Trust me one this one, 4 end is going to end horribly. have atleast 6. You could take 4 str and 6 pe if you wish.

exactly, and even with 4 str, the .223 pistol is good at his max range, especialy with 200 SG skill

and you can change the better and more crittical perks with lifegiver(if you can +) and even toughfer, low range chars shoud be more rezistant

also, check the support perks you can take and what support perks you whant
