Leather Jacket Sneaker

I have a simple question.
Does leather jacket and/or combat leather jacket reduce the sneak ability as well?

no i don't think so...

it depends what perks you have and/or how much your sneak is...

Clebardman:
not sure now, but prewipe, the only downside was the weight of the jacket (not that much).
