ammo terminal problems?

Went to army depo, checked ammo facility, power off, went to fourth floor to repair it.  Use icon appears above the terminal but nothing happens...  Am i missing something out?

You must use repair on the power generator witch is located in the 1 room on the right side of the elevator then you must go on 3 floor and use terminal witch is loacted neer door in the computer room and send power to ammo terminal :D
