yeah, probably you need SG 2 for a scope

It was set to SG3 by mistake (which doesnt even exist now). Set it to SG1 and it never needed a blueprint.

So from now on, if I have SG2 prof, i can make Scoped Hunting Rifle by default?

Same with Desert Eagle (Ext. Mag.), I guess? It is not in Fixboy at the moment.
