Unarmed crippler build request

Spike:
I want someone more professional than myself to create a build for me. I have created 2 of my own, but the first one was a piece of junk and the second is a heavy handed brute. While the heavy hand build is very fun to use and effective, I think a crippler build would be the most deadly.

Nyarla:
there ıs no perfect crippler after the wıpe. people are just learning the perkes.

Enzotainment:
It's all about personal taste.
The following things are usefull, whatever you might prefer:
- 5 str. to be able to use the "haymaker" attack (low AP, +15% crit)
- finesse (crip build?)
- 10 luck (cripple!)

Perks and other stats depend on your style and method.
