Spawn point quests

How can I get access to the quests available at spawn points when I rent a hotel room? Is it doable without giving up my room?

TheGreenHand:
Probably not.  Let that room lapse for 30 minutes or so, do the quest, then go get it again.  Just move the stuff from your room to your tent.
