If you don't need science skill then I wouldn't bother getting educated perk - 2 skill points per level = 48 points. I would still take swift learner if it won't cost much in skill points as it reduces levelling by 10% - if got at lvl 1 that's 30,000 xp - but that's only 30 deathclaws if your have good weapons and skill.

10int marked sience 60%. 2nd lvl sience 100% support perk educated.
I had to spend 20skill p for sience but now i get (2*22)-20=24 free skill points, add to this loner sl and u Have fine build - thief, bomber,lockpicker and other shit what need 300% skill

That's very nice but I can see you have sci as tagged skill, at 10 Int without tag its only 48, thats 2 points for swift learner and 52 points for educated. which makes a loss of 4 points.
