Caffeine:
7. Is 95% the highest skill effective for lock picks? ( all other skills to not counting First aid and docter). I would like to try picking locks but if 95% ain 't a max, best make an alt.
8. Would it be considered alt abuse to make 5 alts, give each 10 hides and use them to orginise ammo, armor, weapons, and others? (Since the game stole my brahmin and alot of stuff.) In otherwords I need a new organizer.  ;D

8 you can make as many alts as you whant, but try not to multi log, that is ilegal, if you have 5 friends you can ask them to logg in with your chars and after creating tents you can ~deleteself wanted and keep the tents, but better learn to organize gear on floor

yes, but only if u got less than 10 ST, PE, EN, ect

10. Is there the advance work bench at BOS. If so where is it?
11. Do you need Gunsmith 2 (or whatever) for some blue prints? Or can you be armor 1 and learn to craft lsw, ammo and the such.
