I don't really understand how this perk can halve failures and double chance for critical success at the same time.
It seems imposible with simple LK roll.

If you have 5 CH without perk, it should be 50%/50%. With perk 25%/....? 100%? What the? :D

I can only guess with this perk the LK roll is made 1/10 times instead and if it's crit fail you have 75% chance that it will be discarded.
Or it's done in some similar way. Or the perk description is innacurate.

I wouldn't mind exact formula. Medic powerbuilds this season are quite fearsome :>

Chrupek:
Maybe im wrong, but i think that 1/20 healings is fail/skillful. and after that is roll for: is that fail, or success. So i believe that this is what living anatomy is about: more skillfull interventions, than critical failures.

Solar:
Having talked about it with Atom, I think it is actually quite a decent perk as it is.

It at least doubles your chance to get a critical success with high luck - in real terms, not upgrading inside the 5%. The lower your luck, the bigger the boost.

Currently it keeps the critical fail amount essentially the same, it could probably do with reducing this by half.

pistacja:
If I could choose between more critical successes and less critical failures then I'd go for the last one.

Solar:
That is essentially what you are getting now.

Without you range from 0.5% critical success with 1 luck to 4.5% with 10 luck. With LA you range from 5% with 1 luck up to 10% with 10 luck.
