faith in wasteland restored

hey guys, today i had a terrible experience followed by divine intervention. I was farming the bramin hides, to get a tent and so, a safe place to storage my itens. Sadly, i died to the girl who gives the ranger perk (i miss the right answer). "OK IM NOT GIVING UP". So a went to shady sands. Found a leather jacket and put myself back to the road heading to new reno... got a job from the mordinos and got a shotgun. Not bad, not bad at all... At this point I was excited, I had the shells, my double barrel shotgun and my leather jacket, summing up: I was ready to kick bramin asses and get my precious hides. Well, in fact i got them then i headed south, build my safe house somewhere far from new reno hehe. Ok, walking the desert can make you wish for a nuclear winter, but at that time it didnt matter due to my sheer excitement and... SUDDENLY a wild amazon email appears and i got pretty nervous "wtf, weeks since my last buy" then i checked the email and... OH GOD, i remmeber of my char walking alone the wastelands, but at that point switching windows was useless my char was killed by... rats.
Oh god, i cant describe how angry I was at the moment, actually I was almost giving up... Then i respawned, tried new reno again, but couldnt find any jobs... Well, gonna start all again... Arriving at shady sands again i beg, a pistol, few bullets, ANYTHING and then a guy said something. Actually he only said 'i'll be back... in 10min'
that bluesuit guy left the map and 5min later called me. I joined his party and well, he gave me 10 hides, a leather jacket and a combat shotgun. WTF, HOW COULD THIS BE POSSIBLE, and then my faith in the old wasteland was restored lol... Even if war never changes, you can find nice people lol
Well, im pretty sure that im not the only noob (actually ive been playing this game for a while...) to have that kind of encounter (not with rapists and raiders) with post nuclear philanthropic angels, so, share your stories ;D

Everything is RNG except for the Mob. Combat skills. Rats, centaurs, raider, especially guards never freakin miss, it's like their wep skills are a solid 200-300
