Domination ?

Lacan:
Does anyone know if Domination feature (5v5 fight involving NPC factions) or something like it has been implemented ? New influence system making it look like TC is more about populating a town over a long period of time, I'd like to know if this kind of faster PvP action is available in a new feature.
