Today at NCR, I saw a player with 9999 hp and a weird skin. Not knowing that he was a gm/dev I said: "who the fuck is surf''. Seriously, is this a reason to get jailed?

Didn't know that I was playing Hello Kitty online, I watched some far worse conversations, racism, nazism, etc and no gm to jail.
