Offline character creator/tester

I suggest having an offline character creator so we can make a build and have it level quickly to test out lvl 21 builds and see what perks work without losing days of leveling. Maybe just a cave with 1 of every weapon, a repeatable instant quest for 3k xp and a respawning cow.

We will not work on such a tool. There was some fan-made stuff in the works for checking out characters with special and skill-stats, etc. as far as I know, but dunno what's the status on this.

Yeah there is a numbers only character generator, doesn't tell you much about in game effects.

I know only one such well-designed character creator, but it's interface on Russian, so, i guess it won't help you =) Anyway, you can connect with developer of that tool, and ask him, to create an localization. Here is link to PM him on fonline.ru

You can test this. It is not totally debuged, but it work (better with Firefox).
