Melle Evade and AC

i whant to know if HtH evade works on melle too, so if i got a knife in my had i will have the AC bonus

also is AC caped on 90? cuz i shoud have 100 AC on my ninja build ,and it shows only 90

but solar typed there is no pimit, exept the sources

also i rly whant answer to my first question

in other thread, Solar wrote that the cap is 90 at the moment but should be lifted some time soon...
