tattoos

Hello.

Made a tattoo when I was wearing a leather jacket.
If remove the leather jacket tattoo disappears.
If wear that jacket tattoo appears again.
Tattoo "removed" together with jacket!

Problem is.. you was wearing Leather Jacket when you taken tattoo.

Maybe NPC who give Tattoo would ask to take you armor off?

No, it's not a bug. Tatoo visibility depends on current critter type, or "skin" if you like this term more. Without jacket, your arms are covered with blue suit, what makes tatoo "invisible". In short, if you want others to see whatever you have on arm, use proper armor - leather jacket, leather armor or metal armor.

Same thing (will) apply to NPCs - currently they don't have any tatoos, it may be added later, but you won't see tatoos if NPC arm is covered with something.

Tattoos can be different places than arms/legs :/
Like in occipital, forehead (Like slaver tattoo) or hands.

It's what NPC tell you and it's what you get :)
