I noticed they're tough as nails, always seem to do criticals and systematically own any other encounter they appear with. I bursted point blank with a 10mm smg, did 33-35-40 dmg...

It's with every encounter. and in general. you as a completely unimportant and unarmed bystanding bluesuit always seem to be the prime target for half the npc's in the encounter. I think a proper future update would be to give the AI the intelligence to pick out the important targets first.

It's because they never encounter NCR's marauders!
