Players don't appear to take up any party points to follow you.

players donT take up party points. 1 ch for every player you can carry is how it goes. so with 10 ch you can cary 9 players 10 with yourself.

Slaver Snipe:
Out of curiosity has anyone ever found one in one of new reno's casinos?  (I realize it's a casino but with bars in them...would be semi logical)

No, I have confirmed through continuous observation/visiting of these places on a consistant basis that you cannot obtain followers in New Reno.

Which is kind of dumb, all these gangster wannabees as there always is in such themed areas there's not a single one you can attempt to manipulate?
