somehow i get a strange feeling about this... just to clarify: ist this a faction base like the cave and so on... or do you need to already have a faction to buy those OR is it like personal tent? i cant find outposts in the wiki.

There are two types of bases now: The random ones (caves, etc.) which are cheaper and the ones where you can chose your own location. These one require you to collect a shitload of additional ressources. You don't need to have a faction base to buy a construction site.

well if its only 10k i dont care about farming ressources... thx for the answer i will search for some random guy with some random 10k dialog ;D these guys should mention this in the wiki btw i was very confused the last hour :o
Edit: could'nt find any npc in NCR with an dialog for outpost construction... maybe because i was without teammates and/or the ammount of money needed
