Is there a way to get dogs to respawn at tent, or is that only for companions.

They probally just die. but what you say is actually a good idea. Just make a little quest (or just buy a dog) and have it respawn at your tent/base/hotel room. This way they still make a nice addition, and arent completely usseles.

Dogs have good ears, they should be able to detect sneak at 100 hexes.
Of course, they wouldn't give their position on the map, but would run after them or shout, or boark.

i see they all cost 50 caps now, is that true??

also is better for them to use 35 PPs
