I don't understand why people use this excuse - being tired does not make a person stupid.

Being tired makes people not being able to percept reality, sometimes.
And chill out, no need to be offensive.

I always just went to Junktown and visited the doctor.  It was pretty cheap, though I cannot remember how much.  Pretty sure it was less than 200 caps.

I do believe RadAway requires a blueprint - which I have no idea where/how to get.

It makes people not able to "percept"? No, there's nothing like that. I wonder if you ever know what you're talking about.

You taking offense to something that I say does not equate to me "being offensive". I'm not responsible for your apparent emotional fragility. Anyway, you weren't helpful and contributed to the spread of misinformation - that enough warranted clarification. Deal with it.

OK man, obviously, you are tired too and you cant read either, otherwise you would not create new forum thread when there is already one concerning your issue.

And the word "percept" exists, I just used it wrong, I meant "perceive".
Peace.
