Maybe change this to Boy Scouts; some of them may have survived the War at a remote campsite and gone Lord Of The Flies.

Lost Scouts works fine, though: sort of a cross between Boy Scouts and Lost Boys (which is both a movie reference and a Peter Pan reference: the wasteland as a dark Never Never Land).

Second thing needed are adjectives and names to be used by Fallout-o-Matic. This will make much easier to add new names in future.

Remember, suggesting new name doesn't make you "owner" of it, everyone will be allowed to use it.
