It says when I try to run Fonline, "This application has failed to start because dedx9_42.dll was not found. Re-install the application may fix this problem."

I don't know what to do...  :-\

I got the dedx9_42.dll working now...

But now here is another problem... it says it was not possible to connect to the server... what to do?  :-\

open FOConfig.exe, check if correct ip is in "Net" tab:

94.23.237.127 port 2238

and Proxy should be marked on "None"

I have only these ideas so far.
