Small Issues so far.

The only small issue I have is the FOV and gun range outlines being broken.

- buged base - after restarts or relogs ? we dont see own base

- bugged sharpshooter

- NO WAY TO CHECK INFLUENCE POINTS OF OTHER GANGS!
