 i was buy 2 Professions Armorer from 3000caps in NCR - Rondo. nothing added in Fix . does not work. Can DeV give me back my money?  my nick in Game is Riikimaru    (yes 2 ii)

For some weird reason I can't get small guns training from Boyce.

I have 100 Science and 101 Repair as well as 1500 Caps.

Is this a bug?

There has been a bug reported about this issue. Try someone else for now (Skeeter in Gecko worked for me).

Could it be possible to make blueprints form dimantling weapon? Like low chance for geting one or you get one after dismantling like at least 20 of kind? Cos you know if you dismantle enouth things you can get how to build one right?
